Spreading Care – Strengthening Bonds for Our Workforce
On the afternoon of July 28, Green Medical Glove Manufacturing Co., Ltd. – one of three factories within the Viet Glove production ecosystem – was honored to welcome a delegation from the Bau Bang Commune Labor Union for a visit and working session.
During the meeting, the delegation and the factory’s leadership engaged in open and sincere discussions about production activities, while also reviewing and sharing welfare policies for employees. The session provided a valuable opportunity for both sides to strengthen connections, deepen mutual understanding, and jointly foster a stable, harmonious, and sustainable working environment.
